Delivery:

• All rentals, including bounce houses, tents, tables & chairs, foam cannons, dunk tanks, and splash pads, are delivered locally based on your booking details.

• Delivery times will be coordinated at the time of booking. Please ensure someone is available to receive and supervise the setup.

Setup:

• We provide professional setup for all rental items to ensure they are safe and ready to use.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the area is clear, level, and accessible for setup.

Return & Takedown:

• We handle the takedown and removal of all rented items unless otherwise arranged.

• Rental items must be returned in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear may incur additional fees.
